Chef Dennis Samala is a 28-year veteran of the food industry, with a diverse experience from restaurant, chain account, retail new product development, to manufacturing.  He is customer focused and results driven culinary & technical leader, visionary strategist with a track record of creative food & beverage, process development and implementation. A graduate of Cal Poly Pomona, he received his B.S. in Biology and a Minor in Microbiology.  He received his culinary certification from the Culinary Institute of America.


Chef Samala marries his culinary and manufacturing background enabling him to develop innovative, breakthrough concepts, “Gold Standard recipes, to a commercialized manufactured product all the way to an in-store implementation.
